(fastened while on the rink).

hockey or lacrosse.

Hockey shin guards.

Internal mouth guard
(clear not permitted).

Inline skates. Skates
must have a full set of wheels.

No street hockey equipment
(Mylec) is permitted.

Sticks: Black tape is not allowed
on the blade that would make contact with the rink surface.

In addition, goalies must wear: upper body
equipment, leg pads (in place of shin guards), and hockey
catching & blocking
gloves.

Many players also wear a padded girdle to
protect their hips and a protective cup.
